If our clients decide they want to hire our temporary workers on a permanent basis they have two options:

Temp to Perm

If a Client decides they want to hire our temporary worker permanently and would like to avoid paying a fee, our client must keep the temp worker employed with our agency for at least three months, (90 days). On the 91st day the temp worker becomes free and clear of the agency and can be hired by our client.

Immediate hire

Under this option, our client agrees to immediately hire the temp worker from our agency for an agreed upon fee.
