At New York Staffing Services, Inc., we are well aware of the changing role of the human resource process. Getting the right people, with the right cultural fit is a key role of the Human Resource Executive. Our primary job is to facilitate your increasingly complex recruitment and screening process. All applicants to New York Staffing are recruited through our Advertisement and Recruitment Unit. Each applicant is interviewed and tested by one of our Employment Specialists. References and background checks are performed by our Operations Unit. When our client calls with a job request, our Job Placement Coordinator will take the order and locate the suitable candidate through our state-of-the-art computer tracking system. Testing Phase
Each potential hire is given a battery of tests based on the demands of the industry and the field they wish to pursue. The paradigm of effective testing at New York Staffing Services, Inc., is the result of our deep insight and understanding of the marketplace.
Alpha and numeric tests are also a requirement. NY Staffing Services Inc., will not hire any potential employee who scores below an established standard for their respective field. Our Screening Process
Each applicant first meets with one of New York Staffing Services, Inc., Employment Specialists, who then carefully screens the applicant and assigns appropriate tests, based on past work experience. Screening is a comprehensive process.
The applicant must demonstrate a stable and current work history for at least three years. All personal references and previous employers are contacted with the applicant's permission. No potential employee will be given an assignment until the results are favorably returned. Orientation ProcessOnce an applicant has been selected to work, she/he will undergo an extensive orientation which includes, describing various clientele and their system of operation. This assures that the client's business functions will be carried out effectively. We explain to the future employee what is expected from her/him by the clients as well as by us. We also show them a video on corporate culture and ethics so that an employee comes to the job well prepared. |
